We’re not “ One method” trainers. We’re Professional dog Trainers who are extremely well educated in the methodology of dog training. Our approach is based on your individual dogs needs and temperament. All of our dog training is tailored to each dog as an individual. We don’t sell a one size fits all program. We want to know why your dog does what they do and change the motivation and motivate them to do things that you like. Our goal is to reshape your dog’s character and be motivated to work with you and establish the relationship with your dog that will last a life time!

In Kennel Training
Your busy schedule doesn’t leave room for a comprehensive training schedule and regular, consistent training. We get it. Let us do All the Hard work for you! For puppy or adult dogs. We Tailor and build our programs to fit your needs, budget, dogs temperament, your lifestyle as well as how much professional coaching and long term after care you and your dog may need.
Problem Solving
You may not want/need obedience, just that one nagging problem solved. Tell us the issue and we may be able to address the problem without traditional obedience training.

Group class every Saturday at 1pm (except the first Saturday of the month) is open for public observation. Our groups are a great time to meet trainers and handlers and see first-hand what RCTC’s training programs can accomplish. A courtesy call is appreciated as seating is very limited.

About the founder
Lance Dickert
Lance has been training dogs professionally for 14 years. Beginning in the U.S. Marine Corps and continuing throughout professional careers in business and government, Lance’s passion for safety and mentoring led him to the establishment of Rockcastle Training Center with the goal of improving relationships; with our dogs and with each other.
